Haruharu Wonder - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - a fragrance-free facial toner with moisturizing properties. Betaine, along with beta-glucan are responsible for soothing irritation, moisturizing and supporting the functioning of the skin's hydrolipid barrier. Key rice extract is said to soothe inflammation, has antioxidant and anti-aging effects. Ginseng root extract , in duo with Baikal thyroid root extract , has antimicrobial, soothing and firming effects.

Product contains:

• betaine - binds water in the epidermis, maintains hydration, soothes irritation and accelerates epidermal regeneration,
• rice extract - has a shielding effect, soothes inflammation, anti-aging, inhibits the activity of free radicals,
• ginseng root extract - neutralizes free radicals, supports collagen and elastin synthesis, as a result, slows down skin aging processes, softens, smoothens the skin, tones restoring the hydrolipidic balance of the skin,
• baikal thyroid root extract - exhibits anti-inflammatory, soothing, antibacterial and astringent properties,
• beta-glucan - improves the elasticity of the epidermis, levels irritation, supports the functioning of the hydrolipid barrier of the skin.
